Returns & Exchanges
At Cue, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Cue account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed accurately.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
